§53‑120. Examiners may administer oaths; summoning witnesses.
For the purpose of makingexaminations as required by this Chapter, any duly appointed examiner mayadminister oaths to examine any officer, director, agent, employee, customer,depositor, shareholder of such bank, or any other person or persons, touchingits affairs and business. Any examiner may summon in writing any officer,director, agent, employee, customer, depositor, shareholder, or any person orpersons resident of this State to appear before him and testify in relationthereto.
