§ 52C‑3‑308. Representation of obligee.
It shall be the duty of thedistrict attorney to represent the obligee in proceedings authorized by thisChapter unless alternative arrangements are made by the obligee. An obligee mayemploy private counsel to represent the obligee in proceedings authorized bythis Chapter. (1995, c. 538, s. 7(c).)
