§47‑65. Clerk's deeds, where clerk appointed himself to sell.
All deeds made by any clerk ofthe superior court of any county or his deputy, prior to the first day ofJanuary, 1905, in any proceeding before him in which he has appointed himselfor his deputy to make the sale of real property or other property are herebyvalidated.
