§47‑114. Payment of expenses incurred.
The county commissioners ofeach county are hereby authorized and empowered in their discretion toappropriate from the general fund of the county an amount sufficient to coverany additional expense incurred by the register of deeds of the county incarrying out the purposes of this Article.
