§45‑15. Registration of substitution constructive notice.
The registration of such paper‑writingdesignating a new trustee under G.S. 45‑10 or under G.S. 45‑11shall be from and after registration, constructive notice to all persons, andno appeal or other proceedings shall be instituted to contest the same afterone year from and after such registration.
