§ 36E‑8. Application toexisting institutional funds.
This Chapter applies toinstitutional funds existing on or established after March 19, 2009. As appliedto institutional funds existing on March 19, 2009, this Chapter governs onlydecisions made or actions taken on or after that date. (2009‑8, s. 2.)
