§ 36C‑3‑304. Representation by person having substantially identical interest.
Unless otherwise representedunder this Article, a minor, an incompetent or unborn individual, or a personwhose identity or location is unknown and not reasonably ascertainable, may berepresented by and bound by another having a substantially identical interestwith respect to the particular question or dispute, but only to the extent thatthere is no conflict of interest between the representative and the personrepresented with respect to the particular question or dispute.
