§35A‑1267. Expenses and disbursements credited to guardian.
Every guardian may charge inhis annual account all reasonable disbursements and expenses; and if it appearthat he has really and bona fide disbursed more in one year than the profits ofthe ward's estate, for his education and maintenance, the guardian shall beallowed and paid for the same out of the profits of the estate in any otheryear; but such disbursements must, in all cases, be suitable to the degree andcircumstances of the estate of the ward.
