§35A‑1206. Letters of appointment.
Whenever a guardian has beenduly appointed and qualified under this Subchapter, the clerk shall issue tothe guardian letters of appointment signed by the clerk and sealed with theclerk's seal of office. In all cases, the clerk shall specify in the order andletters of appointment whether the guardian is a guardian of the estate, aguardian of the person, or a general guardian. (1987, c. 550, s. 1.)
