§29‑29. Release by advancee.
If the advancee acknowledgesto the intestate donor by a signed writing that he has been advanced his fullshare of the intestate donor's estate, both he and those claiming through himshall be excluded from any further participation in the intestate donor'sestate. (1959, c. 879, s. 1.)
