§25‑8‑111. Clearing corporation rules.
A rule adopted by a clearingcorporation governing rights and obligations among the clearing corporation andits participants in the clearing corporation is effective even if the ruleconflicts with this Article and affects another party who does not consent tothe rule. (1997‑181, s. 1.)
