§25‑11‑104. Transition provisions on change of requirement offiling.
A security interest for theperfection of which filing or the taking of possession was required under oldarticle 9 and which attached prior to July 1, 1976, but was not perfected shallbe deemed perfected on July 1, 1976, if new article 9 permits perfectionwithout filing or authorizes filing in the office or offices where priorineffective filing was made.
