§ 20‑37.20A. Drivingrecord notation for testing positive in a drug or alcohol test.
Upon receipt of noticepursuant to G.S. 20‑37.19(c) of positive result in an alcohol or drugtest of a person holding a commercial drivers license, and subject to any appealof the disqualification pursuant to G.S. 20‑37.20B, the Division shallplace a notation on the driving record of the driver. A notation of adisqualification pursuant to G.S. 20‑17.4(l) shall be retained on therecord of a person for a period of three years following the end of anydisqualification of that person.
