§ 20‑299. Acts ofofficers, directors, partners, salesmen and other representatives.
(a) If a licensee is acopartnership or a corporation, it shall be sufficient cause for the denial,suspension or revocation of a license that any officer, director or partner ofthe copartnership or corporation has committed any act or omitted any dutywhich would be cause for refusing, suspending or revoking a license to suchparty as an individual. Each licensee shall be responsible for the acts of anyor all of his salesmen while acting as his agent.
(b) Every licensee whois a manufacturer or a factory branch shall be responsible for the acts of anyor all of its agents and representatives while acting in the conduct of saidlicensee's business whether or not such licensee approved, authorized, or hadknowledge of such acts.
