§ 20‑292. Dealers maydisplay motor vehicles for sale at retail only at established salesrooms.
A new or used motor vehicledealer may display a motor vehicle for sale at retail only at the dealer'sestablished salesroom, unless the display is of a motor vehicle that meets anyof the following descriptions:
(1) Contains thedealer's name or other sales information and is used by the dealer as a"demonstrator" for transportation purposes.
(2) Is displayed at atrade show or exhibit at which no selling activities relating to the vehicletake place.
(3) Is displayed at thehome or place of business of a customer at the request of the customer.
This section does not apply torecreational vehicles, house trailers, or boat, animal, camping, or otherutility trailers. (1955, c. 1243, s. 8; 1991, c. 662, s. 7.)
