§19‑8.1. Immunity.
The provisions of any criminalstatutes with respect to the exhibition of, or the possession with the intentto exhibit, any obscene film shall not apply to a motion picture projectionist,usher, or ticket taker acting within the scope of his employment, provided thatsuch projectionist, usher, or ticket taker: (i) Has no financial interest inthe place wherein he is so employed, and (ii) freely and willingly givestestimony regarding such employment in any judicial proceedings brought underthis Chapter, including pretrial discovery proceedings incident thereto, whenand if such is requested, and upon being granted immunity by the trial judgesitting in such matters.
