§18B‑905. Temporary permits.
When an application has beenreceived in proper form, with the required application fee, the Commission mayissue a temporary permit for any of the activities for which permits areauthorized under G.S. 18B‑1001 and 18B‑1100. A temporary permit maybe revoked summarily by the Commission without complying with the provisions ofChapter 150B. Revocation of a temporary permit shall be effective upon serviceof the notice of revocation upon the permittee or upon the expiration of threeworking days after the notice of the revocation has been mailed to thepermittee at either his residence or the address given for the business in thepermit application. No further notice shall be required.
