§18B‑110. Emergency.
When the Governor finds that a"state of emergency," as defined in G.S. 14‑288.1, existsanywhere in this State, he may
(1) Order the closing ofall ABC stores, and
(2) Order the cessationof all sales, transportation, manufacture, and bottling of alcoholic beverages.
The Governor's order shallapply in those portions of the State designated in the order, for the durationof the state of emergency. Any order by the Governor under this section shallbe directed to the Chairman of the Commission and to the Secretary of CrimeControl and Public Safety.
