§ 17E-5. Functions of the Department of Justice.

§17E‑5.  Functions of the Department of Justice.

(a)        The AttorneyGeneral shall provide such staff assistance as the Commission shall require anddirect in the performance of its duties.

(b)        The AttorneyGeneral shall have legal custody of all books, papers, documents, or otherrecords and property of the Commission. (1983, c. 558, s. 1.)
