§ 168A‑6. Discrimination in public accommodations.
It is a discriminatory practice for a person to deny a qualified personwith a disability the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services,facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of a place of publicaccommodation on the basis of a disabling condition. In the area of structuralmodifications, this section may be satisfied by compliance with the NorthCarolina Building Code. (1985, c. 571, s. 1; 1999‑160, s. 1.)
