§ 162A‑57. Articleregarded as supplemental.
This Article shall not be regarded as in derogation of or as repealingany powers now existing under any other law, either general, special or local;provided, however, that the issuance of bonds under the provisions of thisArticle need not comply with the requirements of any other law applicable tothe issuance of bonds except as herein provided.
