§ 160A‑606. Voting; removal.
(a) Six members of the Board of Trustees shall constitute aquorum for the transaction of business. Except as provided by G.S. 160A‑605(a)(4),each member shall have one vote.
(b) Each member of the Board of Trustees may be removed with orwithout cause by the appointer(s). If the appointment was made jointly by twoboards, the removal must be concurred in by both.
(c) Appointments to fill vacancies shall be made for theremainder of the unexpired term by the respective appointer(s) charged with theresponsibility for making such appointments pursuant to G.S. 160A‑605. All members shall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified,unless removed from office. (1989, c. 740, s. 1.)
