§15A‑289.  Confiscation of wire, oral, or electronic communicationinterception devices.

Any electronic, mechanical, orother device used, sent, carried, manufactured, assembled, possessed, sold, oradvertised in violation of G.S. 15A‑288 may be seized and forfeited tothis State. (1995, c. 407, s. 1.)
