§ 159E‑5. Certificated registered public obligations; execution; authentication.
(a) A certificated registered public obligation shall beexecuted by the issuer by the manual or facsimile signature or signatures ofauthorized officers. Any signature of an authorized officer may be attested bythe manual or facsimile signature of another authorized officer.
(b) In addition to the signatures referred to in (a) of thissection any certificated registered public obligation or any writing relatingto an uncertificated registered public obligation may include a certificate orcertificates signed by the manual or facsimile signature of an authenticatingagent, registrar, transfer agent or the like.
