§ 159D‑41. Procedural requirements.
Any participating institution may submit to the agency, and the agencymay consider, a proposal for financing a project using forms and followinginstructions prescribed by the agency. The proposal shall set forth the typeand location of the project and may include other information and datarespecting the project and the extent to which the project conforms to thecriteria and requirements set forth in this Article. The agency may request theapplicant to provide additional information and data respecting the project.The agency is authorized to make or cause to be made any investigation,surveys, studies, reports and reviews as in its judgment are necessary anddesirable to determine the feasibility and desirability of the project, theextent to which the project will contribute to the health and welfare of thearea in which it will be located, the powers, experience, background, financialcondition, record of service and capability of the management of the applicant,the extent to which the project otherwise conforms to the criteria andrequirements of this Article, and any other factors the agency considersrelevant or convenient in carrying out the purposes of this Article.
