§ 159C-25. Liberal construction.

§ 159C‑25.  Liberalconstruction.

This Chapter, being necessary for the prosperity and welfare of theState and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposeshereof. (1975, c. 800, s.2.)
