§ 156‑78. Drainagerecord.
The clerk of the superior court shall provide a suitable book, to beknown as the "Drainage Record," in which he shall transcribe everypetition, motion, order, report, judgment, or finding of the board in everydrainage transaction that may come before it, in such a manner as to make acomplete and continuous record of the case. Copies of all the maps and profilesare to be furnished by the engineer and marked by the clerk "officialcopies," which shall be kept on file by him in his office, and one othercopy shall be pasted or otherwise attached to his record book.
