§ 153A‑373. Records and reports.

The inspection department shall keep complete, and accurate records inconvenient form of each application received, each permit issued, eachinspection and reinspection made, and each defect found, each certificate ofcompliance granted, and all other work and activities of the department. Theserecords shall be kept in the manner and for the periods prescribed by the NorthCarolina Department of Cultural Resources. The department shall submit periodicreports to the board of commissioners and to the Commissioner of Insurance asthe board or the Commissioner may require.
