§ 153A‑102. Commissioners to fix fees.
The board of commissioners may fix the fees and commissions charged bycounty officers and employees for performing services or duties permitted orrequired by law. The board may not, however, fix fees in the General Court ofJustice or modify the fees of the register of deeds prescribed by G.S. 161‑10or the fees of the board of elections prescribed by G.S. 163‑107.
