§148‑118.7. Removal of members.
The Governor may remove anymember of the Grievance Resolution Board for one or more of the followingreasons:
(1) Conviction of acrime involving moral turpitude or of any criminal offense the effect of whichis to prevent or interfere with the performance of Board duties.
(2) Failure to regularlyattend meetings of the Board.
(3) Failure to carry outduties assigned by the Board or its chairman.
(4) Acceptance ofanother office or the conduct of other business conflicting with or tending toconflict with the performance of Board duties.
(5) Any other groundthat, under law, necessitates or justifies the removal of a State employee. (1987,c. 746, s. 2.)
