§ 147‑64.1. Salary ofState Auditor.
(a) The salary of theState Auditor shall be set by the General Assembly in the Current OperationsAppropriations Act.
(b) In addition to thesalary set by the General Assembly in the Current Operations AppropriationsAct, longevity pay shall be paid on the same basis as is provided to employeesof the State who are subject to the State Personnel Act.
