§ 146‑31. Right ofappeal to Governor and Council of State.
The requesting agency, in theevent of disagreement with a decision of the Department of Administrationregarding the acquisition or disposition of land pursuant to the provisions ofthis Subchapter, shall have the right of appeal to the Governor and Council ofState.
