§ 143B‑435. Publications.
TheDepartment of Commerce may also cause to be prepared for publication, from timeto time, reports and statements, with illustrations, maps and otherdescriptions, which may adequately set forth the natural and material resourcesof the State and its industrial and commercial developments, with a view tofurnishing information to educate the people with reference to the materialadvantages of the State, to encourage and foster existing industries, and topresent inducements for investment in new enterprises. Such information shallbe published and distributed as the Department of Commerce may direct. Thecosts of publishing and distributing such information shall be paid from:
(1) State funds as other public documents; or
(2) Private funds received:
a. As donations, or
