§ 143B‑181.25. Office of State/Regional Long‑Term Care Ombudsman; penalty for willfulinterference.

Willful or unnecessary obstruction with the State or Regional Long‑TermCare Ombudsman in the performance of his official duties is a Class 1misdemeanor. (1989, c. 403;1993, c. 539, s. 1039; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 24, s. 14(c).)
