§ 143-464. Procedures concerning registration of pesticides.

§ 143‑464. Procedures concerning registration of pesticides.

A denial, suspension, or cancellation of a registration of a pesticideshall be made in accordance with the procedures in Chapter 150B of the GeneralStatutes for denying, suspending, or canceling a license. (1971, c. 832, s. 1; 1979, c. 448, s. 12; 1987, c.827, s. 46.)
