§ 143‑266. Powersof executive secretary.
The executive secretary of the Commission shall have the authority andpower to subpoena witnesses and compel their attendance to testify and/orproduce records at any hearing before the Commission, or any committee thereof,under the same provisions of the law as now apply to attendance of witnessesbefore legislative committees.
