§ 143‑215.105.  Declaration of policy;definitions.

The declaration of public policy set forth in G.S. 143‑211, thedefinitions in G.S. 143‑212, and the definitions in G.S. 143‑213,applicable to the control and abatement of air pollution, shall be applicableto this Article. (1973, c. 821, s.6; 1987, c. 827, s. 203.)
