§ 143-151.4. Notification of defects and correction procedures.

§ 143‑151.4.  Notification of defects andcorrection procedures.

Every manufacturer of manufactured homes shall provide for notificationand correction procedures in any manufactured home produced by the manufacturerin accordance with the Act, this Article, and any rules adopted by theCommissioner.
