§ 143‑143.20. Disclosure of manner used in determining length of manufactured homes.

In any advertisement or othercommunication regarding the length of a manufactured home, a manufacturer ordealer shall not include the coupling mechanism in describing the length of thehome. (1981, c.952, s. 2; 2005‑451, s. 1.)
