If any person shall throw intoor leave exposed in any public square, street, lane, alley or open lot in anycity, town or village, or in any public road, any mock orange or other poisonousshrub, plant, tree or vegetable, he shall be liable in damages to any personinjured thereby and shall also be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
