§ 14-208.13. File with Police Information Network.

§ 14‑208.13.  File withPolice Information Network.

(a)        The Division shallinclude the registration information in the Police Information Network as setforth in G.S. 114‑10.1.

(b)        The Division shallmaintain the registration information permanently even after the registrant'sreporting requirement expires. (1995, c. 545, s. 1; 1997‑516,s. 1.)
