§14‑14. Possessing tools for counterfeiting.
If any person shall have inhis possession any instrument for the purpose of making any counterfeitsimilitude or likeness of any coin made of gold or silver which is in commonuse and received in discharge of contracts by the citizens of the State, andshall be duly convicted thereof, the person so offending shall be punished as aClass I felon.
