§ 136‑197. Ticket maybe refused intoxicated person; penalty for prohibited entry.
The ticket agent of apassenger train shall at all times have the power to refuse to sell a ticket toa person wanting to purchase a ticket who may at the time be intoxicated. Theconductor in charge of the train shall at all times have the power to preventan intoxicated person from boarding the train. An intoxicated person who boardsa train after being forbidden by the conductor to do so is guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor. (1998‑128, s. 16.)
