§ 136‑102.7. Hurricaneevacuation standard.
Evacuation Standard. Thehurricane evacuation standard to be used for any bridge or highway constructionproject pursuant to this Chapter shall be no more than 18 hours, as recommendedby the State Emergency Management officials. (2005‑275, s. 5.)
