§ 135‑44.3.  Meaning of"Executive Administrator and Board of Trustees".

Whenever in this Article thewords "Executive Administrator and Board of Trustees" appear, theymean that the Executive Administrator shall have the power, duty, right,responsibility, privilege or other function mentioned, after consulting withthe Board of Trustees of the State Health Plan for Teachers and StateEmployees.  (1985,c. 732, s. 57; 1991, c. 427, s. 8; 2007‑323, s. 28.22A(d); 2008‑168,ss. 1(a), 2(a), (i).)
