§ 131E-127. No interference with practice of medicine or physician-patient relationship.

§ 131E‑127.  Nointerference with practice of medicine or physician‑patient relationship.

Nothing in this Part shall be construed to interfere with the practiceof medicine or the physician‑patient relationship. (1977, c. 897, s. 1; 1983, c. 775, s. 1.)
