§ 131A‑19. Annualreport.
The Commission shall, promptlyfollowing the close of each fiscal year, submit an annual report of itsactivities under this Chapter for the preceding year to the Governor, the StateAuditor, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the General Assembly, andthe Local Government Commission. The Commission shall cause an audit of itsbooks and accounts relating to its activities under this Chapter to be made atleast once in each year by an independent certified public accountant and thecost thereof may be paid from any available moneys of the Commission.
