§ 130A‑377. Establishment and maintenance of central and district offices.
The Department shall establishand maintain a central office with appropriate facilities and personnel forpostmortem medicolegal examinations. District offices, with appropriatefacilities and personnel, may also be established and maintained if considerednecessary by the Department for the proper management of postmortemexaminations.
