§130A‑309.14A.  Reports by certain State‑assisted entities.

Any community college, asdefined in G.S. 115D‑2(2), and any nonprofit corporation that receivesState funds are encouraged to prepare any written reports in compliance withG.S. 130A‑309.14(j). (1993, c. 448, s. 3.)
