§ 127A‑17.1. Confidentiality of National Guard records.
Notwithstanding any provisionof Chapter 143B, no records of the National Guard in the Department of CrimeControl and Public Safety shall be disclosed or used for any purpose except forofficial purposes, and no records shall be disclosed, destroyed or used in anymanner which is in violation of any existing federal law or regulation. Nothingin this Chapter shall convert records which are the property of the federalgovernment into State property. (1977, c. 70, s. 3; 2009‑281, s. 1.)
